"So you haven't seen Chloe since?" She asked. I shook my head. I want to see Chloe, I thought, It was lonely without Chloe. Since Liz was gone, Chloe was the only persion not a total diva or a jerk. Derek was such a jerk. I mean if Chloe ever started, I don't know, dateing him, I would be totally shocked and not very happy (A/N oooh.... I forgot she doesn't know about Chlerek). Well, I still think Derek seemed to like her back at Lyle House, but than she sort of flipped out so I think there's a small itsy bitsy possibility that tiny Chloe would go for Derek the big foot. I had to laugh at myself for that one.
    "What's so funny?" Jacinda asked me. I thought of something that I saw out my window.
    "Umm, I think that hobo back there was dancing," I  said pointing my thumb behind us. She laughed.
    "You know, I sort of just met you and I already wonder about you," She joked. I laughed.
    "That's what Jane, my adoptive mom, always said to my younger brother. He's eight," I explained. 
    "Funny," She smiled at me pulling into a parking lot of Denny's, "Were eating out tonight," She unbuckeld and turned to look at me. 
    We entered Denny's and sat down. "Mom, what did my dad look like?" I asked.
    "Oh, you have your father's curly hair, yet it is not black like Jacobs. You have his brown eyes and skin tone. After you were born, he left," She explained.
    "Well, he was a demon, I'm assuming, so he probly didn't want to stick around," I looked down.
    "You know about being an exustio half demon?" She asked me.
    "Yeah. Dr. D told me a while ago," I said looking at the menu. A smile slid across Jacinda's face.
    "I have a surprise for you," She said digging into her purse.I soon saw my familliar orange ipod that was at Lyle House. she tossed it to me.
    "Ohmigod! My ipod! Thank you soooooo much, mom!" I said putting it in my sweatshirt pocket.
    "You're welcome," She smiled at me. We ate and got in the car by 9:00. She got me at 8:00. I put in my ipod and I fell asleep.
